Ūdensvada servitūts dod tiesību pievadīt sev ūdeni no sveša avota vai no citiem svešiem ūdeņiem, vai caur svešu zemi, vai arī tiesību novadīt ūdeni no sava zemes gabala caur kaimiņa zemi.
