26. pants. Firmas jēdziens
(1) Firma ir komercreģistrā ierakstīts komersanta nosaukums, ko tas izmanto komercdarbībā, slēdzot darījumus un parakstoties. (2) Ar firmu šaurākā nozīmē saprotams apzīmējums bez norādes uz komersanta veidu.
