24. pants. Filiāles izslēgšana no komercreģistra
Filiāli izslēdz no komercreģistra: 1) pamatojoties uz komersanta pieteikumu par filiāles slēgšanu; 2) ja komersants tiek izslēgts no komercreģistra.
